Appointments 

To keep your wait to a minimum we use an appointment system for consultations. This means that our reception staff are expecting you, and the veterinary surgeon will be able to spend sufficient time with each patient. Each appointment slot is for 15 minutes, and would ask that every pet will require one appointment each. We ask you to be understanding when delays are unavoidable or if the vet is detained with an emergency case. Please register at reception on arrival to the clinic.

Bring your pet to Clinic

Please ensure that all dogs are brought on a collar and lead or carried. Cats can easily be frightened but feel more secure in a basket. If your pet is very nervous or noisy or has a contagious disease, it is best to leave it in the car and advise reception of your arrival.

Home Visit

During normal surgery hours it may be possible to arrange a visit to your home. These should be requested before 10am if possible. Please remember that an additional charge will be made for home visits.
