Hospitalised patients at Cedar
Grove
Within our patient care wards we provide all patients with comfortable bedding
in a warm and secure environment. All the kennel areas have under-floor heating, individual heat mats and warm
fleecy bedding to keep patients cosy.
Fans in all wards help to keep patients cool in hot weather and also circulate
fresh air throughout the day.
An oxygenated kennel and temperature controlled incubator (with oxygen)
are available for any patients requiring intensive care nursing.
All in-patients, which are on intravenous fluids, are monitored by infusion
pumps, which deliver safe and accurate dosing of fluids.
All nutritional requirements are addressed from providing prescription diets
to home cooked chicken and fish for those patients who maybe a little fussy!
We can assure you that the utmost of care and attention is given to all in-patients.
Nursing staff are here 24hours a day and deliver a very high standard of
compassionate care.
