Appointments

Opening Times 

Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 8:30 pm

Saturday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm

Sunday 9:00 am - 1 pm  

To keep your wait to a minimum, we use an appointment system for consultations. This means that our reception staff are expecting you, and the veterinary surgeon will be able to spend sufficient time with each patient. Each appointment slot is for

15 minutes, and would ask that every pet will require one appointment each. We ask you to be understanding when delays are unavoidable or if the vet is detained with an emergency case.

Please register at reception on arrival to the clinic.

 Emergencies 

Emergency Service is Available 24 Hours, 7 Days a Week

In the event of an emergency with your pet please come to the surgery immediately during normal opening times. We will deal with you as a priority. In these circumstances it would be ideal if you could phone ahead and let us know the details so as we can be prepared for your arrival.

Outside normal hours
Emergency service is available through Vets Now Emergency Service situated on Belmont Road, Belfast BT4. They can be contacted on 028 90651729 after 8.30pm Monday-Friday, 4.30pm Saturday and after 1pm on Sunday.
