Alison Parker; MinLM
(Practice Administrator, Pet Insurance Advisor)

Pictured here with my dog “Callum”
I came to work at the practice straight from leaving school in 1988, having wanting to work with animals since I was small. No two days are ever the same
and I love the variety and diversity of my job. I’m very lucky that I work with a great team of people who are really like extended family, not just employers
 and colleagues.

Over the last 2 years I have gained a Business Management Diploma and Financial Services Regulated Pet Insurance Advisor.

Along with this I am also a qualified Nutritional Advisor through Hills Pet Nutrition.

Outside work I like to travel, regularly attend the gym and have my own dog Callum the labrador.

Pat Egerton

Mrs Pat Egerton

I joined Cedar Grove in 1988 as part of the reception team having previously worked in insurance and payroll. Over the years I have enjoyed meeting clients and their pets and I am always impressed by the care given to the animals which

is reflected in the loyalty of our clients.

I am pictured here with my cat Colin who was a rescue cat. He is full of life, very loving and very much loved.

Serena Martin

Miss Serena Martin BSc

I joined the Cedar Grove reception team in 2004 and now work part time.

I am currently studying medicine at Queens University Belfast after  completing a degree in Zoology.

I value my position as receptionist and enjoy developing relationships
with clients and their pets.

I have the highest regard for the practice and have no doubt that you  will receive an excellent standard of veterinary care.

I have been part of Cedar Grove Veterinary Clinic over the last 14 years, initially as part of  the nursing team, then recently as part of the reception team.

I actively compete with my horse “darkie” at events in Northern Ireland and also have a keen   interest in keeping fit. I am in training at present for the Belfast Marathon and hope to someday  run in the New York Marathon.

I enjoy working here and have a real love of animals and people. I am currently working through  an NVQ in Business and Administration which is most enjoyable and adds to the diversity and variety of my role.
