Deborah Hatch

Originally from Dublin, I moved to Belfast in 2006 and started working for Cedar Grove in August of that year. I work in Cedar Grove’s branch clinic on the Ormeau Road, Ormeau Veterinary Clinic, in addition to this spend some time up at our main practice.

Having worked in veterinary practices before, Cedar Grove and Ormeau is are by far the most established practices and it is a privilege to be part of this team. Every day is different to the next.

Outside of work I enjoy cooking and baking, photography and computer gaming.

Pictured here with my cat ‘Phantine’. I adopted her at the age of 8 when her previous owners moved to America. Even for her age she is very playful and mischievous and has me wrapped around her little toe!

Laura Wallace MVB MRCVS

I qualified from University College Dublin in 2006.

I spent the first 3 years after graduation in mixed practice on the Tyrone Donegal border before joining the team at Cedar Grove in the Summer of  09.

Its great to be part of such an experienced and dedicated team and I look forward to furthering my knowledge and skills here at Cedar Grove. I enjoy all aspects of my work from meeting puppies and kittens when they come to start their vaccinations to the more challenging cases that require thorough diagnostics and intensive treatment.

Outside work I enjoy walking in the country with our boisterous black labrador.

I generally juggle my time between my husband, our dog, the family, the house and of course the shops!

Hilary Mc Keague

I have been part of the reception team at Ormeau Veterinary Clinic for several years now, having been part of the original practice before Cedar grove took over the practice in 2006.

I enjoy the daily close contact with our clients, many of which I now consider as friends. I get great satisfaction in being part of a dedicated and enthusiastic practice.

Outside of work I have a busy family life looking after my husband and enjoy spending time with my young energetic granddaughter. I also keep busy tending to my beautiful Persian cats.
