Reception Services
The reception team is here to answer any enquiries you may have regarding the service we provide
for you and your pet. We have a combined experience of over 20years of customer care, and regularly attend
courses to keep up to date with our knowledge on a wide range of subjects including, nutrition, preventive
healthcare, neutering and of course client care.
All these things are some of the common enquires we come across on the telephone, along with
appointments and prescription ordering.
Reception is your first point of contact when you arrive at the clinic and the staff are here to
make sure your visit to us is as stress free as possible. We aim to keep your wait in reception for you and your
pet a pleasant one. The staff understands that not everyone has a pet that likes coming to see the vet, whether
for a routine or unexpected visit. If you have any concerns about bringing your pet into reception please ask us
for advice.
Reception is also host to our retail area, stocking pet accessories and food. Please feel free
to browse as you wait, and speak to us if you need more information about any of the products we sell. This is
especially important if choosing a toy or treat for a pet, let us advise you of the right type and size you will
need. We stock a range of quality pet care items including Nylabone Dog Bones, Company of Animals Toys, Danish
Design Beds, Pedigree Dog Treats, and our food range is from Hills Pet
Nutrition.
