I have been a member of the team at Cedar Grove since 1999. Since qualifying in 1996, I have had the pleasure of working in a range of fantastic practices and I have greatly enjoyed a variety of work ranging from lambing sheep in County Armagh to devising health plans for alpacas in New Zealand.
Over my years at Cedar Grove I have developed my small animals skills in all disciplines but I have particular interest in surgery and ophthalmology. I recently completed the European School of Veterinary Postgraduate Studies certificate in small animal surgery. I enjoy being involved in the management of the practice and feel a great responsibility to maintain, progress and improve on the reputation and high standards which Cedar Grove stands for.
I have been very lucky to work with many gifted vets and nurses; I have also got to meet and know many dedicated animal lovers and their pets and I am privileged that many have become good friends over the years. Outside of Cedar Grove a young family and an active labrador keep me busy. I also enjoy taking part in triathlons, golf and getting into the great outdoors.
