Reception is now open to the public, albeit with restrictions in place. We are allowing 2 people at a time as the maximum in the reception area, to check in for appointments, collection of food orders, collection of repeat prescriptions and payment of veterinary services. Please follow the directions of the team when you enter the reception area. Thank you!
The reception team is here to answer any enquiries you may have regarding the service we provide for you and your pet. We have a combined experience of over 20 years of customer care, and regularly attend courses to keep up to date with our knowledge on a wide range of subjects including, nutrition, preventive healthcare, neutering and of course client care.
All these things are some of the common enquiries we come across on the telephone, along with appointments and prescription ordering.
Reception is your first point of contact when you arrive at the clinic and the staff are here to make sure your visit to us is as stress free as possible. We aim to keep your wait in reception for you and your pet a pleasant one.
The staff understands that not everyone has a pet that likes coming to see the vet, whether for a routine or unexpected visit. If you have any concerns about bringing your pet into reception, please ask us for advice.
If you have any comments about the service provided by reception, please complete one of our comment cards and give us feedback on how we are doing.
